Returns/refunds
If I am dissatisfied with a purchase, can I get a refund?
For our plugins, if you are unhappy with our tools, you have 14 days from the date or purchase to reach out for a full refund.
For our DCTLs, due to the nature of this product, we are unable to issue refunds after purchase.
Compatibility
What are you tools compatible with?
Our plugins are currently supported only in DaVinci Resolve. We support both Mac and Windows, but specific system requirements can vary by product, so be sure to check the product page for details.
Will you support more NLEs/color software in the future?
