Return/Refund Policy

We strive to deliver best-in-class tools alongside responsive, thoughtful customer support at Kromatica. That said, we understand that our products may not be the right fit for every workflow. We maintain a fair and transparent return and refund policy so you can purchase with confidence and feel respected as a customer.

Perpetual Licences

Perpetual licenses include a 24-hour evaluation period during which you may request a full refund. If a product does not fit your workflow, or you decide it is not right for you, you may request a complete refund within 24 hours of purchase. Upon confirmation of the refund, the associated license will be invalidated and access will be revoked.

Special Cases:

If one of our products is not functioning as intended due to a bug, error, or design issue on supported systems, you may be eligible for a full refund. We will make every reasonable effort to diagnose and resolve the issue promptly. However, if the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, or if you choose not to continue participating in the troubleshooting process, you may request a full refund. Refund requests must be made within a reasonable period following the initial report of the issue.

Rental Licenses

Due to the nature of rental licenses, purchases of rental licenses are non-refundable. The only exception is in the event of a verified technical issue that prevents the product from running on a supported system. Rental licenses do not include an evaluation period.
