DigiDiff Featured in Atmos Pink x New Balance Spot

We’re excited to share that DigiDiff was recently used in the Atmos Pink x New Balance commercial, beautifully graded by colorist Max Golomidov.

Shot entirely on location with stunning natural light, the spot provided the perfect setting to explore digital diffusion. Max used DigiDiff on nearly every shot—bringing an added layer of texture and atmosphere to the final grade.

“I ended up using DigiDiff on almost every shot, adding an extra textural layer that really brought the footage and my grade to life. I can’t imagine this edit without it now.”

What stood out most was Max’s use of the DiffDesigner to create custom diffusion looks that matched the emotion of each scene. While DigiDiff comes with a strong set of built-in presets, he leaned into the flexibility of the tool—enhancing everything from highlights to subtle eye details.

“The ability to fine-tune diffusion at a granular level and even save my own filters as presets is something I haven’t seen in any other OFX.”

As both a colorist and cinematographer, Max recognized DigiDiff’s strength not just as a post-production tool, but as a way to bring on-set vision to life—even when physical filters weren’t used.
